Worse than anything we ever experienced in Asia...
Pugz caught some sort of bug whilst staying at his mum and dads, so we haven't cycled very far for a while. We got the train back to Orleans then cycled to a campsite 20km away at Jargeau. Stayed for for 3 very troubled nights then strugged on another 30km to lovely Sully-sur-Loire where a slow recovery is occurring. (Pugz chose this town because it is named after one of his best friends, Dave Sully).
Sully is a nice riverside spot with a chateau to visit. Plenty of shade and the toilets even have bog roll and soap provided (this seems to be an unusual luxury for French campsites). Pugz searched the portraits in the chateau for anyone resembling his mate Dave, but alas, there doesn't seem to be any grounds for him to claim his throne here.
It has been pleasant here in Sully (except for Pugz's trouble) but we are ready to move now, the clock is ticking for the winter weather in the Balkans. Tomorrow is make or break: either cycle if well or find a doctor if not!
PS: Pugz would like to point out that Ais has been very very nice caring for him and has worked hard to convince him to rest over the last few days.
